Avast! 4.8 can now scan a live system for rootkit infections (no boot disks required). FYI: Rootkits are programs that install on a computer keeping themselves and their activities hidden remaining invisible to the user.
It allows you to remove viruses, spyware, rootkits and fake antivirus.
